By the sea in Bleket on southern Tjörn is Lottas Bak&Form. Here you can buy artisan bread and have a coffee in the cosy café or on the pier. All our bread and coffee is baked in our open bakery with sea views.
All our breads are baked using only cultured cereals and sourdough, are left to rise for at least 48 hours and are stone-baked on site.
Bring your family and friends, sit down and enjoy a delicious vegetarian sourdough pizza with seasonal vegetables on our outdoor terrace. Look out over the sea and finish with a cappuccino and freshly baked sourdough buns.

Outside the front door of the bakery, the wall is full of small colourful bread cabinets. If it gets late and you still want bread or anything else we offer, you can call before we close and we will be more than happy to place the order. It comes with a Swish receipt and is clearly marked who they are for. As we are not open as long during the low season, we advise you to use these colourful cabinets.
In addition to the cabinets at the front of the bakery, we also put bread that remains after closing in cabinets around the islands: a yellow honey cabinet at the back of the first house in Källdalen on Mjörn, the white stall outside Rätt Rå on Orust and in Inger's red vegetable stall on Björholmsvägen in Klövedal. During the course, you will have the opportunity to bake with cultured grains and sourdough; an insight into how we bake inside the bakery. Together with Lotta, you will get tips and tricks for baking sourdoug-bread, rolls and baguettes, and of course to score bread and make new doughs.
