Welcome to our restaurant where you can enjoy the day's selection of pastries, buns and bread or have lunch on colourful sourdough pizza. We offer a cosy indoor environment with a glimpse of the bakery, or sit out on the terrace directly by the sea with a view of the archipelago.

Pizza of the day for lunch

Every open day between 12:00-14:00 we serve thinly rolled vegetarian sourdough pizza with colourful seasonal vegetables from local farms, including Mölnebo Farms. A slice of pizza is the size of a piece of paper, about the size of an A4. Pizza can also be made vegan with a nice dressing and pickled vegetables instead of cheese. Pizza bases without wheat flour are made to order with chickpea flour or bean flour in the same premises and oven.

If you know that you want to eat pizza and are a slightly larger party, please call in advance and we will set aside pizza. The pizza can also be brought in a box or as a wrap.

Bread basket - mini buffet on the table

We serve the bread basket throughout the day where you can make your own sandwiches with toppings. The bread basket includes two rolls of your choice, two pieces of aged Swedish cheese from Almnäs Mill or Sivan's cheese shop, butter and vegetables and the option of marmalade or a smoked lamb sausage from The happiness of the hill.

The bread basket is also available vegan with our own roasted sunflower butter and pickled vegetables. Gluten-free rolls from Mällby farmhouse is available as a gluten-free alternative in the bread baskets. The bread baskets are fantastic as a picnic bag for take-away that we can highly recommend for the walk or excursion across Tjörn.

Coffee with the wind in your hair

Our coffee is roasted with care by MorningCoffee Roasters at Lindholmen in Gothenburg and we offer both brewed coffee and espresso-based drinks from our LaMarzocco. The milk for the coffee comes from the micro dairy Torp Farm on Orust. In addition, there is a wide selection of teas. In the fridge you will find musts from, among others, Stockevik's muster, Bramleys or Rudenstam.

Our buns are baked on site and, like our breads, are baked using only sourdough and are cold-fermented for at least 24 hours. They are available in Cinnamon, Cardamom or our favourite Vanilla with Orange Zest. Our pastry pieces are available in a variety of flavours.
The ice cream box contains organic ice cream from, among others Hollanders glass from Allingsås.

There are about 20 seats inside the restaurant and 30 seats on the terrace right by the sea, weather permitting. Blankets, cushions and pillows are available to take out. It is possible to book smaller parties during the low season, but we do not book tables. During high season we do not accept large parties, please contact us and we can explain more.

The bakery has a ramp for wheelchair users. However, there is no toilet adapted for the disabled.
